Welcome! I work with individuals and couples experiencing communication difficulties, issues that arise from unresolved trauma or difficult childhood experiences, anxiety, depression, anger, and more.
Video is my preferred method of treatment, and my style is down-to-earth and direct. I obtained a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University and my therapeutic approaches are grounded in evidence-based practices.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 20 years, our kids, and gardening.
