People often seek help because they feel stuck, helpless, and overwhelmed by their experiences. Even though change is scary, something in them is also telling them "you can't continue to live this way". In my experience, when people reach the point that they call for help, they are at the perfect place to begin the work of counseling. I provide evidence-based and client-centered interventions. My goal is to help guide people during difficult or troublesome times while also helping facilitate change. I am a Licensed Professional Counseling (LPC). I specialize in helping people with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Together, we will identify unhelpful patterns and tap into meaningful change to restore balance.
