Hello, I am Adam Scott Hilton, LMFT. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in Northern California. My LMFT license #52499 is in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, and allows me to practice telehealth mental health therapy services to any resident of California.

I am here to help. Therapy provides a unique opportunity to focus on that which is important to you. I am able to help you in a wide variety of life situations, relationships, and challenges. As we move forward in the therapy process, I'll be able to determine which therapeutic approach would be most helpful for you. I've served individuals, families, children and couples for 13 years and I am excited at the possibility of helping you.

Although telehealth can take some getting used to, I think you will be pleasantly surprised to learn the amount of growth and success you can experience in a format that allows for you to talk with me from the comfort of your chosen environment.
