Do you feel like nobody understands? Do you feel alone? Lost? or just want to find a better direction in this thing called life? I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who utilizes multiple approaches to assist you in reaching your life goals and assist you in reaching whatever goal you set out for yourself. My approach is to walk with you in this journey of life to assist with maximizing the time we have to help you reach your most satisfying life possible. I have worked in multiple mental health settings from residential with some of the most severe populations to an outpatient setting with kids and their families. My counseling style is a non-judgmental, honest, caring, and most importantly warm to help you feel comfortable sharing the most intimate part of yourself. I know that reaching out can be difficult but I know that you are doing this for a purpose. I look forward to hearing more about your story and assisting you in writing your best chapters yet.
