I have a passion for helping people recover and self-actualize, no matter where you are in your journey or what you seek recovery from. I have 7 years experience working in substance abuse counseling and have worked the last 3 years as an outpatient therapist at a community based mental health center with issues as diverse as the clients. I’m experienced working with teens and adults on a number of issues including depression, self-harm, anxiety, existential dread, religious trauma, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, interpersonal communication, relationship issues, substance use, moderation management, and other issues.
