Hello! My name is Adam and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I have 10-plus years of experience working with a range of clients from childhood through late adulthood. My experience has come in many different arenas such as non-profit work, psychiatric outpatient, and work with veterans. I believe that therapy and coaching are great ways to help create new habits or build on habits already established in your life. My approach to therapy is holistic and client-centered. Everyone's life is unique to them and that includes how you interact with people and events that occur within your life. I will sit with you to determine what areas you're looking for improvement in and create a plan that can help you be successful day-to-day. My style deploys a lot of coaching and accountability on your part. This is a collaborative approach where we work together to help you get to the outcome you desire, no matter the issue.
