With a primary focus on working with adults living with ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma, Adam is committed to providing compassionate and integrative care to support his clients by helping them empower themselves and draw upon their existing strengths. By employing a wide range of evidence-based treatment models—including CBT, ACT, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and age-appropriate play therapy—Adam works collaboratively with every client to develop a clear, personalized treatment plan that sets measurable goals based on their unique needs. Adam constantly keeps himself informed of the latest treatment philosophies and models in order to provide the most cutting-edge care possible. Though Adam welcomes clients from all backgrounds and walks of life, he is also proud to be a gender-affirming, LGBTQIA+ allied, and kink-allied therapist who provides a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space for every individual who seeks his help.
