Adam has worked with children, teens, adults, couples and families, from Baltimore to rural South Carolina. Adam has experience treating people with depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, AD/HD, low self-esteem, substance abuse, grief, relationship problems, LGBTQ issues, medical concerns, and job difficulties. Adam uses a client-centered approach, which emphasizes forming a caring, trusting and non-judgmental relationship. Adam believes in helping people resolve current life problems by focusing on symptoms, identifying root causes, examining thoughts and behaviors, increasing insight, and evaluating choices.
