I emphasize action-oriented personal responsibility and I am also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Weight Loss Specialist, and ACE Behavior Change Specialist with expertise in Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Fitness & Lifestyle Change, and Self-Concept. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy will help you understand your emotional roots, unmet values and needs, and adeptly utilize scientifically-supported techniques to replace harmful cognitive and behavioral patterns with new beliefs (cognitive) and choices (behavior) that yield lasting mental, physical, and emotional wellness.
