I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 8 years of experience working with a diverse population. I focus on an individual's strengths within complicated situations and times in our lives. My approach to working with clients is through a systems lens, looking at intrinsic strengths, community, and areas of growth. I understand that it's very normal for people to go through extremely challenging times, seeking help during those times is a sign of strength.

In my counseling approach, I provide direct and supportive feedback. I aim to be another positive support in your life as well as explore areas of growth. I work towards building new skills and changing mindsets depending on each individual situation and experience.
