I am licensed in Minnesota with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, trauma and abuse, & bipolar disorder. I also have significant experience working with personality disorder diagnoses. I tend to customize my approach to each individual client, with a particular affinity for using techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I also enjoy using games in a therapeutic setting, and have done research in that area.
