I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. My approach to treatment is person-centered, holistic, multicultural, and integrative. This means I begin where you are and tailor the treatment approach to your needs while being sensitive to how your individual cultural identities and lifestyle choices impact your experience. Therapy is a collaborative process meant to help illuminate any beliefs, thoughts, and unresolved emotions that may unconsciously hinder your personal growth. I place emphasis on addressing your physical, mental, emotional, and social needs to promote growth by offering a safe, accepting atmosphere where you can feel heard, validated, and empowered.
