Often, people may have some struggles during their lives that can cause significant distress in their lives. Sometimes when people are struggling with life challenges, they may feel overwhelmed and hopeless and may not find solitude or help, feeling scared. If you feel stuck/ashamed/afraid, whatever the challenges you may face, from being more confident, wanting to learn new skills, or just trying the best person you can be, I can help. I developed an array of therapeutic education and experience in my professional career in many different settings and situations. My focus is directly related to the established goals and identifying the specific interventions that lead the path to the desired change. I have a cognitive-behavioral approach that will be discussed and examined during the course of our treatment.
