About

I am an individual and family therapist licensed in Massachusetts with over 4 years of experience working as a behavioral and psycho-counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, adoption, addiction etc. I also work with people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My therapy style is client centered, culturally aware, warm, and interactive. I believe in meeting people where they are as I will clinically modify the engagement process, and treatment plan to meet the unique and specific needs of the individual. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and solution focused therapy amongst other evidence-based therapies.
