Hi, I’m Abby. Do you struggle to focus and stay organized or have intrusive thoughts that lead to sadness, anger, or constant worry? I help children, adolescents, and young adults learn to manage anxiety and depression as well as take control of focus and organization. We will work together to help you identify challenges and triggers, learn and implement healthy coping skills, and identify resources and supports.
