Life can be hard, can cause twists, turns, and sometimes unexpected trauma happens to us or those we love. Traumatic experiences can cause unwanted symptoms, including depression, loss of sleep, isolation and avoidance. That is where good therapy is key to relieving the pain. I specialize in helping parents and adults overcome trauma they experience vicariously when a child or loved on goes through a difficult experience or life change. I also specialize in workplace burnout, caregiver fatigue and family systems dynamics. I have experience working in CBT, DBT, Polyvagal Theory and solution focused approaches.
