I am a licensed clinical social worker in Nevada. Prior to completing my clinical hours, I was a licensed social worker in various positions, such as medical social work, the aging population, and children and families. I have great understanding how depression and anxiety shapes our lives into a negative minefield and the battle it takes to feel and become better. My clinical experiences encompasses depression and other mood disorders, anxiety and panic attacks, trauma work, pre and post operative weight loss surgery, including dealing with the shame of regain, grief and loss, relationship challenges, women's issues, and dealing with on-going life issues.

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, which includes homework, dialectical behavioral therapy, EMDR, and solution focused modalities to help navigate the minefield. I believe therapy is most beneficial when the therapist and client have a therapeutic alliance and a shared goal of healing, growing, and blowing up the minefield together.
