I am a family and marriage counselor licensed in Tennessee with 10 years of experience working as a therapist and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, suicidal behaviors, and Autism. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma or abuse.

I’m a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist with extensive experience working with children and adolescents in crisis. I’ve also worked with couples and families experiencing a variety of stressors and challenges. My counseling style is warm, supportive, and trauma informed. I aim to maintain client dignity through positive regard, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach is integrated with a background in trauma focused cognitive-behavioral therapy, experiential, and system based therapy. I will tailor our conversations and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
