As a therapist, I am honored to come alongside people in the journey of life. Even though life is filled with joy and struggle, the struggle sometimes has a way of overwhelming us and encourages feelings of hopelessness and despair. I want to walk alongside of you in the struggle and recover hope, no matter what life throws at you. I believe God designed us to live with a quality of life that includes living in freedom of heart and mind - to improve that quality of life, we might have to unravel the pain, resolve relationship difficulties and heal other things that may make us feel constrained and hopeless.

I like to help people unravel joy in the middle of the struggle and find hope in the middle of despair. I use trauma informed care, recognizing everyone needs a safe place to heal and recover from life and utilize tools like meditation & prayer, emotional processing, narrative therapy, distress tolerance and making meaning in the middle of the struggle.

Taking the step to reach out for counseling oftentimes takes vulnerability & courage. I want to honor that by providing safe spaces for you to share as you want to in the time you are able & willing. Therapy often leads to better relationships, solutions to specific problems & significant reductions in feelings of distress.
