Hi! I am licensed Professional Counselor in Connecticut, with 4 years of experience. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress management and relationship struggles. I offer Christian therapy with a cognitive behavioral approach- meaning I will help you become aware of your negative thoughts and beliefs. I will then help you switch these beliefs and thoughts to more positive ones. This leads to feeling more hopeful. We all need this in this world that can be challenging.
