Abby enjoys working with young adults, college students, and older adults who are struggling with life transitions, processing past trauma, and navigating change. Abby believes that every individual is capable of achieving their goals, dreams, and living the life they desire, sometimes you just need some help to get started and to navigate obstacles, self-doubt, and fear of change. She has a passion for helping clients to learn to see the best in themselves and in others around them to better enrich their lives and motivate them to pursue their goals for their future. Abby believes that every person is worthy of love, acceptance, and understanding and feels that it is her vocation in life to help every client to feel accepted, understood, and truly heard.
