I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 12 years of experience in the mental health field. I completed my Master's degree in Social Work at Smith College School for Social Work. I received training in an array of clinical interventions, including psychoanalytic approaches, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
