About

I am currently a 15 year licensed social worker in the state of Michigan. I work with a wide range of issues and age ranges. I am well versed in life transitions, trauma, grief, loss, anxiety, and depression. I have also spent a lot of time working with people who have cancer.

My therapy style is warm and caring, but honest. My sincere desire is to help people lead happier, fuller lives. That may involve examining patterns of thinking, relationships, and trying new things. I really love helping people find the potential that they already have inside of them. I use CBT therapy, strengths perspective, and goal-oriented therapy to help you get to where you want to be.
