Hello! I am a trained and experienced Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT). I have been helping people navigate various stressors and life transitions as a licensed mental health counselor since 2010. I believe in helping my clients grow and become more resilient, not managing some diagnostic label. I believe people can use their adversity to grow stronger emotionally and encourage my clients to look at their difficult circumstances in a new way.
