About

I am a counselor licensed in Wyoming with over 7 years of experience working as a career counselor as well as with adolescents, veterans, and athletes. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, confidence issues, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, among other things. I have also helped many people who have experienced body image issues and grief.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe strongly that working together we can help get you to a better place. I utilize a mix of person centered and solution focused approaches and am humbled at the opportunity to join people on their journey through wellness.
