I am a sex-positive LGBTQ+ ally wanting to support clients in relationships needing individual, couples and non-traditional relationship counseling around the world. Many people need access to good counseling often in places that are extremely far from friendly to them. Are you struggling in your relationship with yourself, fighting guilt or shame about your body size? I want to join you on your journey if you are looking for an anti-diet inspired approach. A path to freedom from a cycle of self-hate towards your body and the fear of getting fat is possible. I only offer online counseling for adults on Sundays from 9-11 AM and 1-5 PM (Dallas time) to Texas residents and internationally. I do not have an in-person office.

I have a Masters in Human Relations and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas, and speak Spanish and English
