People say I'm easy to talk to and my approach in therapy is to go at your pace and be your guide to go in the direction of your choosing. I will share with you my wisdom and experience, I see my own therapist and supervisor to help me be the most effective therapist I can be. What is your approach to therapy? I specialize in a type of body-based or somatic therapy called Post-Traumatic Growth. We can explore feelings and sensations in your body to release trauma responses big and small. This is a slow and gentle process guided together that is profound and moving. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Clients often leave sessions feeling lighter, motivated, inspired, or more aware. I always take time to focus on the impact of a session and how it makes a person feel, trying my best to help them get out of it what they seek.
