Aaron has 23 years of experience offering psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a wide array of issues. At present, he is providing individual therapy to the adult population to address issues including trauma, grief, anxiety and mood disorders, low self-esteem, and anger management. As an integrative or holistic therapist, Aaron blends elements from different approaches (e.g., Insight-Oriented, Experiential, CBT) and tailors treatment according to each client’s needs. He emphasizes the therapeutic relationship and collaboration, and will provide you with a safe space to process your feelings, gather insight, and consider alternative ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Aaron accepts all insurance plans except Medicare.
