Personal Statement

With a focus on relationship issues, such as poor communication, grief, infidelity, intimacy, divorce, or blended family situations, the purposes of my work are guide and support my clients toward reconciliation and goal setting. I treat individuals, couples, and families, with members from any age. I work with clients who suffer from chronic pain, anger and behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, issues with infertility, family conflicts, difficulties with parenting, and much more. I also provide premarital preparation therapy.

I utilize an array of therapeutic techniques in my practice, which include cognitive behavioral therapy, the Gottman method therapy for couples and individuals, narrative therapy, solution focused brief therapy, and a number of other orientations.

In addition to these services, I am a faculty associate member at Arizona State University and have lectured locally on social media, parenting, and grief.
