Personal Statement
It is my goal to encourage, equip, and empower parents and individuals to make changes that strengthen their lives, careers, and/or families. I do this as a therapist, speaker, and author. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, licensed through the state of Indiana, I see a variety of clients for issues including relationship concerns, career frustrations, depression, anxiety, trauma, effective communication, stress management, grief and loss, divorce, and effective parenting and co-parenting.
My clients are often physicians, scientists, clergy, executives, business owners, immigrants, professional athletes, adult adoptees, and foster and adoptive parents seeking support and doing their own work. I often work with intercultural and interracial couples seeking a more conscious, connected relationship. I always enjoy working with readers, thinkers, questioners, and list-makers – whose who are intentional about their therapeutic journey.
