Personal Statement
My beliefs stem from the thought that each person exists in this world to enjoy and experience significant relationships. These relationships are based on a number of healthy factors, and their very existence is to add meaning to our lives. Unfortunately, we aren’t born with a manual on how to maintain and encourage those relationships. Through our upbringing, we learn how relationships work, and we expect all others to behave in the same manner. Crises can come out of dysfunctional or unhealthy perceptions of how a relationship is supposed to work, and it is through these moments that I believe valuable lessons can occur.
Letting go of preconceived notions and working toward self-discovery is the first step in taking control of your life and your relationships. When you take responsibility to work toward personal growth and reconciliation, you will become empowered and enriched. Positivity will become the catalyst for health and well being, and with these aspects, you will begin to achieve your goals.
I provide a range of psychotherapeutic techniques to treat people who struggle with emotional and behavioral issues, such as anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, grief, stress, career problems, and more. These difficulties can inhibit our personal growth and the success we have in our relationships. Don’t let them!
