Welcome to my listing and thank you for taking the time to read it. My mission is to "Help You Reclaim Your Life" from Trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, nicotine and food addictions, self-sabotage and more.
I have been in private practice since 1997 with an eclectic background in therapy processes that I draw from to tailor each session to get you the best results possible.
In particular, and most importantly, is the use of Energy Psychology Techniques to help you resolve your issues faster and easier than traditional methods. The techniques I use most are Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping) and Tapas Acupressure Technique.
I have been using Energy Psychology Techniques since 1998, and find that they have produced significant results in resolving Trauma/PTSD of any origin, including combat, anxiety, phobias, and depression along with self-limiting beliefs and behaviors. The applications are endless.
