Personal Statement

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC) specializing in co-occurring disorders (mental health and chemical health) and trauma-informed practices in individual, family, and group therapy. I maintain a private practice in St. Louis Park, MN. With previous work experience in a variety of settings including crisis response, community-based mental health, and detoxification and outpatient treatment services, I currently serve a broad spectrum of adolescent and adult clients.

Pulling from both personal and professional experience, I strive to create an environment that enhances and encourages personal growth through providing support and practical feedback. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
