Personal Statement

I specialize in anxiety, panic, fear and chronic worry and offer both individual and group therapy. I believe in a collaborative approach and use a combination of Mindfulness-based therapies, Narrative Therapy, and Generative Self-Psychology. I struggled with anxiety for many years, and now I help others discover that they do not have to live their lives being bullied by fear and anxiety.

After discovering her path out and getting her life back, Suzette became a therapist so she could share her knowledge, skills, and insights with you, helping you move towards your future with calmness and confidence. She is excited to be able to offer clients the concepts of a preferred identity, psychological flexibility, mindful awareness, focused attention, and perception through the observing self.

Suzette is passionate about neuroscience and mind/body integration and enjoys helping clients create new neural pathways, bringing forth new possibilities and preferred stories.
