Personal Statement

I am a psychotherapist with over 28 years of experience. I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan. My practice includes adult men and women of all ages, ethnicity and sexual orientation who are trying to bring about positive change in their lives. I work with people individually as well as in marital treatment, depending on the client’s needs and wishes. My approach is eclectic, using a broad range of techniques from psychodynamic, cognitive, behavioral and supportive psychotherapies.

I provide comprehensive psychiatric and psychotherapy services for a vast array of mental health issues. These include depression, anxiety issues, bipolar disorder, psychotic illness, substance abuse and addiction, trauma related issues, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and behavior problems among others.
