Personal Statement

Susan has been a counselor and psychotherapist in private practice for over 30+ years and has been a certified life coach for 15. She holds a Master's in Counseling Psychology, a license as a mental health counselor from the state of MA, and a certification as a certified coach from Coach's Training Institute. She has always had a passion for helping others and uses her many decades of experience and training to catalyze transformation in individuals and couples. Susan has a hefty and varied toolbox to use with you.

Susan describes her therapeutic style as interactive, engaged and collaborative. She tries to make clients feel comfortable, open and safe while also challenging them to self-reflect, implement solutions and use their strengths. Clients can expect to feel more confident and empowered through their work with Susan. She has helped many a client work through and understand their depression, emptiness, anxiety and family issues. She reports that many clients through the years have raved about her insight, wisdom and interactive style.

Susan specializes in a wide range of relationship concerns. From being single and launching and maintaining healthy, fulfilling relationships to making relationship decisions about whether to stay or to go to grieving over the loss of any kind of relationship and moving on.
