Personal Statement
My job is to help people figure out what they want and how to get it. I work with individuals, couples, families and groups. We will use a solution-focused approach, seeing what is already working in your life, and expand upon that. I have experience working with addictive behaviors, learning disabilities, PTSD, and issues stemming from family of origin.
There are times in our lives when it is helpful to have someone who is trained to listen, and listen well; to have someone who will really hear you, and will help you find what it is that will bring greater peace and joy into your life.
