Personal Statement

My focus is on healthy living. At Ascend Counseling and Wellness, I promote health and positivity through a number of modalities, from individual, couples’, or family therapy to workshops intended to teach clients about nutrition, raw foods, and other means of living in health. Additionally, I offer group therapy sessions to help people cope with divorce (children) and parenting issues (including sessions just for stepparents), and couples’ preparing for parenting.

The individual, couples’ or family therapy I provide focuses on individual strengths and needs. I am a certified practitioner in clinical hypnotherapy with rapid trauma resolution. I also work with individuals dealing with past traumas from sexual, domestic, and other abuses. Using a variety of techniques, I can also assist people toward personal growth and wellness from depression, anxiety, ADHD, learning disorders, LGBT issues, divorce, PTSD, grief and loss, and beyond.
