I've assessed and counseled thousands of people from all walks of life, every age and developmental stage, and I can't wait to meet you. Each person who engages in therapy gives me courage and hope for the future. Thank you for doing your work and I hope I can join you.
Often times our bodies are stressed before our minds. I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Neurofeedback to integrate mind and body. EMDR and neurofeedback are supported by scientific studies.
My primary goal is to ensure a safe container for change. Self-care and coping are essential and are the foundation for dealing with stress and pain. In a safe container we can manage whatever has been shaken and become balanced and strong.
