Personal Statement
I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families. My clients range from pre-teen to the elderly, who may be struggling with issues related to psychological and behavioral disorders, such as bipolar disorder, depression, drug abuse, self-harm, narcissistic personality, suicidal ideation, eating disorders, divorce, and other disturbances.
Specializing in sexual addiction and relationship issues, I am most interested in helping to identify and treat sexual addiction while supporting spouses and family members. I also provide assistance through support groups to address sexual addiction, as well as body image and self-esteem issues. The Pornography and Sexual Addiction Support Group uses the Freedom Begins Here group treatment plan, and the Body Image and Self-Esteem Group utilizes a 36-week program that clients can start or opt out at any time.
In addition to in-person therapy and support groups, I am also a distance credentialed counselor (DCC) and use a variety of methods to meet my clients’ needs. I provide counseling through e-mail, web chat, and WebEx audio and video sessions.
