I know that sometimes life can be difficult and overwhelming. It can feel worse when you don't feel well and when you feel alone. It can feel down right scary. But it doesn't have to feel that way and you don't have to go through these difficult times alone. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues or maybe you just need someone to talk to, call me. I'm hear to listen and I can help.
