Personal Statement

I meet my clients where they are and I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental and supportive environment to facilitate that change. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She has effectively worked with children, adolescents, families, and adults. During her fifteen years experience in the mental health field she has provided community education, worked with clients through life transitions, as well as effectively helped those dealing with depression, anxiety, domestic violence, and ADHD.

She has worked in many clinical settings including: community agencies, an outpatient psychiatric office, and a private counseling agency. She also has experience in a public school system. She has completed the Level 2 training in the Gottman Method of couples therapy. Lastly, she is a family mediator.
