Therapeutic work can be challenging and uncomfortable. I offer the experience of thirty years, extensive ongoing training, and a commitment to quality therapy for you to solve your concerns and learn what is needed to take charge of your happiness.

I am a licensed marital and family therapist, with over 30 years of experience integrating a variety of techniques to lead clients toward self-discovery and stress relief. I specialize in stress related disorders, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and relationship issues. Providing a non-judgmental environment and professional feedback is my pleasure. I strive to make you feel heard and important.

Many of my clients see me for reasons like chronic pain (including fibromyalgia), asthma, panic, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship dissonance. I work to integrate therapies, mostly through the philosophies of Drs. Richard Erskine and Milton Erickson. My objective is to offer you treatment based on our collaboration, focusing on wellness and not disease.
