Personal Statement

I possess a genuine and strong passion for walking with others on their journey towards good mental health and meaningful, happy lives. I have over a decade of experience assisting others overcome their challenges and empowering individuals to achieve their goals. My experience includes providing mental health and chemical dependency counseling services in outpatient and residential/hospital settings. I believe in providing a safe, non-judgmental environment in which to explore areas for growth. I am an EMDR trained clinician.

I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation, so that you have an opportunity to get acquainted with me, ask questions, learn more about therapy, and decide if you think that you and I are an appropriate match. Finding the right counselor is a very important factor determining if therapy will be successful. This consultation allows you to get a sense of how you and I will fit together, without any financial obligation or paperwork to fill out.
