Personal Statement
Each of us has struggles at times. These can be individual struggles as well as struggles in relationships. Many of these we may overcome ourselves or with the help of friends, family and books. But sometimes we needs more help. I have helped many people get better.
I believe change happens from the inside out. Sure we can work to change what we do, but without dealing with our heart, we will revert back to old ways of living that don't work. So, when I work with people, I aim to heal the heart while simultaneously addressing behaviors, thoughts and emotions. As we try new, healthier skills while looking to heal our heart, we make lasting positive change. I would be honored to team with you to make you a better person, having better relationships and have a better life.

We come from a Christian perspective and understand people from Jesus' perspective. However, we accept people where they are and do not impose our beliefs on others. We meet people where they are and believe change is possible and probable when effort, willingness to learn and support are present. It is a true honor to work with people, join with them for a time and share in the joy of healing and growth they have.
