Personal Statement
Life can be complex. Take a step towards comfort and change! Therapy can help to nurture the healthy growth and development of the individual and their relationships. The ultimate goal is to help you to create healthy bonds that bring joy to your life and your relationships. I offer therapy services for individuals, groups, couples, and families.
I also specialize in working with families with infants and young children. This specialization developed based on my experience and education. In my time at UCLA, I interned at the Megan E. Daly Infant Development Program. I earned my certificate to teach early childhood education classrooms, ages zero to three years. I also have experience working as a child care provider for newborn infants to school age children. I want to support you in the challenges of parenting. Together we can work to find an approach that fits you and your child. I also specialize in working with young professionals and single adults.
I enjoy applying creative therapeutic modalities to all of my cases. My special interests include: mindfulness, art therapy, play therapy, parenting, sibling relationships, trauma, emerging adulthood, and infant and child development.
