Personal Statement

I believe that therapy is a partnership! There are times in our lives when we need to get an empathetic, objective, and professional perspective for the many challenges that life brings our way. I have been working with people just like yourself, in the process of healing for over 15 years.

I have been in private practice in Hoboken, New Jersey since 2003. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. The scope of my practice includes assisting people recovering from Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Stress Management, Parenting Issues, Bereavement Counseling, Domestic Violence, Marriage/Family Therapy, and Addiction Therapy.

In my treatment approach, I utilize Mindfulness Therapy, along with Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution Focused Therapies to provide a comfortable space to explore one's thoughts and feelings. It is within this process that awareness takes place --- which eventually leads to improved coping skills, self-esteem, and better decision making.
