Personal Statement

I have created a life I absolutely love, despite the past challenges of anxiety, depression, perfectionism and food and body image woes, and would be honored to help you create your roadmap to happiness and healing, building a life that you, too, absolutely love.

In our partnership you can expect unwavering support, a safe space for you to share vulnerable thoughts, exploration of the root cause of the challenges you are facing and our collaboration in building coping and self-care skills. I am a promoter and firm believer of body kindness, self-care and self-compassion.

Above all, I work with you, where you are, at a pace that feels right to you.

I’ve been told that I am “nurturing” and “centered” and believe these are important qualities in our work together. Therapy with me is untraditional in that we will laugh and I hope you look forward to our sessions, despite the challenges of working through vulnerable and hard "stuff". Therapy with me presents itself as traditional, as our work is highly confidential and I am a credentialed and experienced professional trained to support you on your journey.
