Personal Statement

I work with people whose lives have become complicated by unhealthy habits. I help them to strategize ways to lead happier, healthier, more productive lives. Unhealthy habits like alcohol abuse, over-spending, over-eating, or simply operating with unhealthy beliefs can lead to conflict in relationships, difficulties at work, or an inner feeling that something needs to change. What shows up in our lives can sometimes be an outward manifestation of negative thinking that is taking place within. It’s true that what you think about becomes your reality. But how much time to we devote to actively choosing thoughts and feelings that support our desires?

Each of us has the ability to make positive, and lasting changes. With insight and self-awareness, we can find release from what binds us, discovering emotional balance and happiness. You can become who you want to be, both professionally and personally, achieving your goals and realizing your full potential.

In addition to therapeutic services, I am a New York State Approved Provider for DWI Evaluations. I provide recommendations for drug and/or alcohol education and treatments, using screening tools recommended by the NYS Office for Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services.
