Let's work together to find thinking and behavior patterns that will help you live your best life and meet your goals. As your therapist, my goal is teach you to be your own therapist. It's not magic, and it's not hard--it just takes time and commitment, something that's already second nature to you.

I'm an independently licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) specializing in, but not limited to, military service members, first responders, and care providers. I see individuals and couples. I am also a licensed social worker (LMSW), and I am fully insured.
